A wonderful resort, with an incredible team of professional and courteous people. I went there with my little girl and we couldn’t have been happier . Everyone will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. People at the mini club are amazing, kids do so many activities my daughter barely wanted to be with us. receptionists professional and courteous, the spa is fantastic. There are many different beaches , one more beautiful than the other. The pools are enchanting. Food delicious fresh , varied and for any taste. And above all everyone is so KIND all I want to do is go back to spend more time there. Worth every penny !

Old resort if you like the vintage vibes. Vast grounds that house 2 hotels on the same property which is huge. expect tons of walking as buggy service always seems busy. nice for a short retreat but resort is Far from the rest of the world so upon arrival expect the entire stay to revolve with the resort grounds

This is a 5 star hotel… no question. Location, the focus on keeping this a sustainable and green operation and the friendliness of the majority of the staff was 1st class. Had only 1 very poor example of “not my responsibility” from one staff member (was personally very surprised at this).. however, that didn’t impact that the rest of the team delivered here. Getting to the hotel is a “drive”.. takes approx 1 hr 10 mins. You’ll need a car to explore the nearby coves and other beaches just to break it up a little .. if you don’t need a car.. no issue, however; taxi will set you back around 250 each way… eg car is better value. The cuisine .. “Outstanding”.. can’t remember a better experience… the beaches/pools/spa and gym facilities .. excellent.. rooms very clean.. and spacious. Make this a destination one day.. great resort.

Beautiful resort. Truly, pictures did not prepare me for how stunning and expansive this little slice of paradise is. We did half board and the food at all the restaurants exceeded expectations.

I am so disappointed with how I have been treated. I used one of the pool / beach bags that was left in the room. The bag got wet (which is expected considering it's a beach bag) and the colour ran all over my clothing. I have followed up three times over email (which photos included of the damage) and I've been blatantly ignored. Yet when I sent the same email address asking to make a reservation for dinner, they replied straight away. So they don't really care about their guests or their experiences.

This has the best pools and beaches we’ve experienced. And the friendliest staff. Amazing!! We would love to return. Plus great great care for kids in Erica Land - thank you!

The service is superb and the location stunning, beaches are idyllic and crystal clear waters. Rooms could do with an upgrade but otherwise this is hard to fault for the price. Would strongly recommend.

This hotel is a true gem of Sardinia. The landscape, pool, beaches are so beautiful and well maintained. It is the perfect combination of rustic nature with luxury resort stay. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed and cared for here. The spa was a wonderful experience as well— one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
